Julie McKeen

Julie McKeen is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent management, currently serving as Partner and Global Head of Media Sector at Odgers Berndtson since October 2020, overseeing senior executive searches in the media and entertainment industries. In addition, Julie holds various advisory and mentorship roles, including Committee Member for National Events at the Royal Television Society, Mentor at Techstars London, and Board Advisor for both Versus LLC and LVNDR Health. Previous experience includes leading search projects for fast-growing B2C technology companies as Director at The Up Group, managing the European marketing practice at The Talent Business, and co-founding Peaks of London. Julie's academic background includes a First BA in English Literature and French from The University of Sheffield.
