Namgay Tshering is currently the IT Manager at Royal Thimphu College and was previously the Chief of the ICT Division at the Election Commission of Bhutan. Namgay Tshering holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sherubtse College and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at the University of Canberra.
