Kirsten Baldvinsson Roding has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Kirsten began their career in 2005 as a Trade Intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. In 2007, they joined Orkla Foods Danmark (former Beauvais) as a Jr. Product Manager and later moved on to become a Product Manager, handling various product management positions within the company. Their responsibilities included relaunching the full range of Baby Food, category management, price strategy, BTL activities, and involvement in the analysis work for Baby Food Brand divestment.
In 2011, Kirsten joined Royal Unibrew, where they held several roles. Kirsten started as a Senior Brand Manager, responsible for ATL and BTL activities, new product launches, and social media marketing for Faxe Kondi, Nikoline, and Egekilde. In 2016, they became a Marketing Planning Manager, focusing on the execution of the marketing strategy by linking brand teams with colleagues across trade marketing, research, innovation, media, and consumer and shopper contacts. Kirsten also played a key role in marketing and strategic prioritization and led a team of six colleagues. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of Marketing Operations, where they were responsible for executing the innovation pipeline according to the marketing strategy, managing project and stakeholder management, and leading a team of skilled colleagues.
Most recently, Kirsten took on the role of Director Group Product Sourcing in November 2022, and in May 2023, they became the Director of Process and Product Innovation, responsible for product development in soft drinks and beer, innovation processes, and sourcing across the Royal Unibrew Group.
Kirsten Baldvinsson Roding completed their Bachelor's degree in HA int. from Aarhus University in 2004. Kirsten then pursued a Master's degree in International Business from the same university, which they completed in 2007.
