Sarah Ashbridge

Sarah Ashbridge is an experienced professional currently serving as a Principal Analyst in the Strategy Unit of the Support & Sustainability programme at Dstl, focusing on climate change and sustainability in relation to defence. As the first Affiliate Expert at the Royal United Services Institute, Sarah contributes to the Military Sciences team, building on previous experience as a Research Fellow in Military Science. Additional roles include being a deployable team member at Kenyon International Emergency Services and holding various administrative and project management positions in academia and public service. Sarah holds a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Huddersfield and multiple degrees in archaeology, history, and related fields, demonstrating a strong academic background.
