Ghada Arfaoui

Ghada Arfaoui currently serves as the Deputy Chair and a member of the Education & Training Committee at Africa in the Moot since September 2022 and is a Lecturer of Law at the Royal University for Women. With extensive experience in international commercial arbitration, Ghada participates in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as both a coach and participant. Ghada holds positions on the Academic Committee at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and acts as a coach for the SCCA Moot. Previously, Ghada worked as a legal coordinator and assistant at the National Center for State Courts and was involved in legal internships at various organizations. Ghada's academic qualifications include a PhD in international law and legal studies from Carthage University, as well as a Master's degree in common law and a Licentiate degree in Law from the University of Tunis El Manar. Ghada also earned a Baccalauréat in Mathematics.
