Previous roles include Chief Engineer DP2 and newbuilding commissioning at Vroon Offshore Services, as well as leadership positions at Enercon GmbH, where Boschman led the development of new generation sailing rotors. With earlier experience managing simulator training and various engineering roles at BORE SHIPOWNERS and Nedlloyd Lines, Boschman possesses extensive technical knowledge complemented by academic credentials in ships engineering and marine management from reputable maritime institutes.
