Janneke Hermes

Janneke Hermes serves as the CFO at Royal Wagenborg since March 2025 and has held the position of a supervisory board member at Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen since October 2021, where involvement includes the audit committee. Additionally, Janneke is a member of Topvrouwen.nl since September 2019 and previously served as CFO and board member at Gasunie from October 2011 to March 2025, along with roles in corporate finance and corporate strategy. Janneke served on the board of the Gasunie Pension Fund until July 2022 and was the chairman of Stichting pensioenfonds Gasunie from July 2017 to January 2020.
