Yusep Beniola

Yusep Beniola is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in guest services and front office operations. Currently serving as a Specialist in Guest Experience at Roami since February 2022, Yusep previously held the position of Guest Services Officer at Okada Manila, where notable achievements included receiving a 5-star rating for Forbes Travel Guide audits in July and August 2019 and being honored with the Guest Services Quarterly Awards for the 3rd Quarter of 2019. Yusep's career also includes roles at Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, where a promotion from Housekeeping Room Attendant to Front Office Agent was earned. Starting in hospitality with an internship at Resorts World Manila, Yusep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Far Eastern University.
