Anica Dubey has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Anica is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Royal Cyber Inc. since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Talent Officer at Optimized Solutions Inc from January 2018 to January 2020. Anica also founded and served as the Recruiting & HR Expert at DuCoSys Consulting from October 2010 to December 2018. Anica has held various HR and recruitment roles in companies such as JSC Globalsolutions Inc, JSC Globalsolutions, New York Technology Partners, Advantech Solutions, Proactive Corporate Services, Trigyn Technologies, and Datacraft RPG.
