Moeez Karim

Moezz Karim is the current Chief Operating Officer at Royal Cyber. Moeez has also served as the Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Royal Cyber Inc. for 1 year 5 months. Furthermore, they setup a help desk in regional offices for customer query handling, developed parent satisfaction surveys, and implemented an SMS management solution across the school network for communication with parents.

Before their work in education, Moezz Karim served as the GM of Marketing and Sales at IGI Insurance Limited for 1 year 11 months. In this role, they were responsible for the company's top line and bottom line with direct reporting to the CEO. Moeez was also actively involved in product development with cross functional teams from product concept to launch. Furthermore, they restructured the sales budgeting mechanism to make it SMART and consistent, developed new ad campaigns to enhance brand awareness of Motor and Travel B2C products using electronic, print and digital media, and introduced a Travel Insurance Policy verification system.

Moeez Karim has an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they received in 2000. Moeez also has an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they received in 1996. Prior to that, they attended the Government College University in Lahore, where they studied mathematics from 1991 to 1993. Moeez also attended Aitchison College from 1978 to 1991.
