Sneha M. has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Sneha started their career as a Business Analyst at IRIS Business Services Limited in May 2014 and worked there until July 2016. Sneha then joined Global Eagle as a Product Analyst from August 2016 to March 2018. Sneha then worked as a Business Process Analyst at Wipro Digital from April 2018 to November 2018. Sneha then transitioned to BillDesk where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from November 2018 to February 2020. In February 2020, they joined Cimpress as a Senior Product Manager and worked there until January 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Business Analyst at Royal Cyber Inc. from March 2021.

Sneha M. began their education in 2008 at K.C. College of Engineering Thane, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology and completed it in 2012. In 2013, they enrolled in CDAC and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Computing with a focus on Advanced Computing, which they completed in 2014. Moving forward, from 2018 to 2021, Sneha pursued and obtained a CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) from IIBA, specializing in Business Analysis. Also, in 2019, they achieved their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance to further enhance their expertise in Scrum Product Ownership. Continuing their education, they enrolled in NMIMS Global in 2019 and is currently earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as BigCommerce Product and Sales certifications from BigCommerce in November 2022, a CSPO certification from Scrum Alliance in 2019, and a Techvantage power IT user certification from NIIT.
