Billy L. Kelly

Billy L. Kelly has a diverse background in the construction and manufacturing industries with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Senior Superintendent at RPCS since September 2017, Kelly has also held the positions of Project Superintendent and Foreman within the same company. Prior to RPCS, Kelly worked at CLP Resources as a Lead Operator for a brief period in early 2017. Kelly began a career in manufacturing as a Machine Operator at TIMKEN CO, where employment lasted from April 2010 to July 2016.
