Allen Yancy

Allen Yancy is currently the Head of Contingent Risk, US at RP Underwriting Inc. Allen previously served as Director of Investments at LexShares. Prior to that, Allen was a Counsel at The Shapiro Firm, where Allen represented businesses across various industries. Allen also worked as a Senior Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, representing Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation. Before their law firm experience, Allen served as a Law Clerk at Judge Edward C. Prado, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Allen holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and an AB in History from Harvard University.
