Michael Mcgowan

Michael McGowan is currently a Partner at The RiskPoint Group, with previous roles as Managing Director and Head of Transactional Risk in the Americas at RP Underwriting Inc., and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Insurance in North America at AXA XL. Prior to this, Michael held positions at Chubb, Focus Financial Partners, Vinson and Elkins, LLP, and other organizations where Michael specialized in legal, finance, and risk analysis roles. Michael holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a BA cum laude in Communication and Psychology from Boston College.
