David Gilmour

David Gilmour has extensive experience in business improvement and financial systems, currently serving as the Head of Business Improvement at RPC since February 2011, where responsibilities include transforming service delivery, advising on business strategy, and leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing firm strategy. Previously, David held roles such as Head of Business Architecture & Design at RPC, focusing on societal and competitive landscapes, and as a Consultant leading the re-implementation of Aderant PMS. Prior to RPC, David worked at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co from 2001 to 2011, where David established a Business Intelligence center and led major international expansion projects. David's earlier career includes positions at hubergroup UK Ltd as a Systems Accountant and at UMECO as a Group Commercial Accountant, gaining expertise in SAP implementation and commercial accounting responsibilities.
