Harmonie Ngooi

Harmonie Ngooi's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Harmonie began their career as an Inhouse Recruiter at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad, where they were responsible for recruiting for IT and business groups. Harmonie then worked as a Recruiter at Robert Walters, specializing in software development and IT. After that, Harmonie joined Ambition Asia as a Recruiter in the Technology Division, focusing on software development. Harmonie then transitioned to 16TWO, where they served as a Vibe Catalyst in the People & Culture department, providing digital solutions for various brands. Harmonie later became the Head of Human Resources & Admin at Q-dees Worldwide, overseeing recruitment, training, administration, payroll, employee relations, and culture change. Currently, they are working as the People & Culture Lead at RPG Commerce, a DTC online retailer with multiple brands. In this role, they are responsible for various aspects of HR and culture management for the company's team of 120+ employees.
