Rawaida Jimi

Rawaida Jimi has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an On Air Talent at Astro Malaysia in 2016. Rawaida then worked as an Advertising & Marketing Project Lead at Blue Star Medical Services Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Following this, Rawaida joined FURLA as a Senior Sales Representative from 2017 to 2018, during which they were promoted to Trainee Supervisor and later Assistant Store Manager. Rawaida then joined Burberry as a Supervisor, where they supervised the sales team and implemented customer relationship management initiatives from 2019 to 2021. Rawaida then moved on to Maxis Business, where they worked as an Engagement Coordinator and later as an MBEC Associate in their Enterprise Customer Experience & Commercial Management division from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Rawaida works at RPG Commerce as a Senior Brand Executive, where they develop brand strategies and manages social media accounts for Cosmic Cookware Australia, achieving significant revenue growth and brand equity.

Rawaida Jimi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with 1 Year in Industry from the University of Kent from the year 2012 to 2016. Rawaida'sfield of study was in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications: one in Sell Products & Services from Wing Tai Clothing Sdn Bhd in August 2017, and the other in Interact With Customers from the same institution in May 2017.
