Jayraj Bagul

Jayraj Bagul has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development, currently serving as CSR Lead at RPG Foundation since February 2014. In this role, Jayraj is responsible for budget preparation, compliance, and monitoring ongoing projects while also developing IEC materials and welfare initiatives at CEAT Plant. Prior to this, Jayraj worked as Executive Corporate Social Responsibility at International Knowledge Foundation of Powerdeal Energy Systems from October 2009 to January 2014, focusing on liaising with government officials and planning CSR activities in local villages. Jayraj's earlier experience includes positions at Equitas Microfinance as Sr Officer CSR, where livelihoods and health initiatives for women were organized, and as Assistant Project Coordinator at AAS Centre for Human Hope and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, where awareness programs on HIV/AIDS and life skills education were facilitated. Jayraj holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
