Keaton Watson

Keaton Watson currently serves as Operations Excellence Manager at LivaNova, focusing on the implementation of continuous improvement culture within the Houston site since August 2022. Previously, Keaton held roles as Continuous Improvement Manager at RPM International Inc. and Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at AmerisourceBergen, where responsibilities included applying Lean and TPM methodologies across several distribution centers. Earlier experience includes positions at GE Oil and Gas, where Keaton managed operations for critical offshore drilling components, and at GE Transportation, where continuous improvement strategies were developed and executed. Keaton began a career in manufacturing management at CertainTeed Corporation and The Clorox Company, and also contributed to military vehicle production at Boeing. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
