Matt Kucharson

Matt Kucharson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt started their career as a Staff Accountant at Plante Moran in 2002. After two years, they transitioned to the legal field and became an Associate Attorney at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in 2007. Matt worked there for almost a decade, eventually becoming a Partner in 2017. In 2018, they joined Progressive Insurance as a Corporate Claims Attorney for a few months before moving to RPM International Inc. as the Director of Litigation and Litigation Counsel. Matt later progressed to the role of Senior Director - Litigation and Legal Counsel at RPM International Inc., where they currently work.

Matt Kucharson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Xavier University in 2002. Matt then pursued a Juris Doctor degree specializing in Law from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, which they completed in 2007.
