Candice Harris

Candice Harris, CAM, has extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving as Vice President Operations at RPM Living since June 2016. Harris also held positions of Regional Vice President and Regional Manager at RPM Living. Prior experience includes Regional Manager at CF Real Estate Services LLC from June 2016 to July 2021, Property Manager at Sherman Residential from June 2013 to 2016, and Multi-Site Property Manager at Fath Properties from September 2012 to June 2013. Earlier roles include Regional Manager at National Community Renaissance from October 2005 to October 2012, overseeing ten properties in California, and Community Manager at Legacy Partners from July 2003 to March 2005, managing 186 market rate apartment homes in Downtown Los Angeles.
