Chris Higingbotham

Chris Higingbotham currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Construction at RPM Living since November 2023. Previously, Chris held positions at First Communities as both Regional Manager and Construction Project Manager from January 2022 to November 2023. From October 2019 to February 2023, Chris was President of CAMBRIDGE FARMS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. and served as Vice President of Operations at Fortis Property Management from February 2021 to January 2022. Chris's experience at First Communities also includes a tenure as Regional Vice President from December 2014 to February 2021, and as Regional Manager at Ambling Management Company from December 2009 to December 2014. Prior military service includes a role as Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from February 2000 to September 2008. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Georgia, completed in 2012, with earlier education at Gainesville State College.
