Megan Spears

Megan Spears is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Learning & Development at RPM Living since April 2023. Previously, Megan held various leadership roles at Wayfair from August 2017 to April 2023, including Associate Director of Global Supply Chain Training, where responsibility encompassed the training strategy for over 60 warehouses and 13,000 trainees annually. Notable achievements include implementing a successful training compliance program and achieving an 88 NPS for training programs in 2022. Prior to Wayfair, Megan gained experience in human resources and training at Marriott International and Ocean Properties Hotels Resorts and Affiliates. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Creative Writing from the University of Miami.
