Pawan Walia

Pawan Walia currently serves as the Director of Learning at RPM Living, overseeing programming for new hire experiences and property operations technical learning since June 2023. Previously, Pawan held the position of Senior Manager in Learning and Development, leading a team to design scalable training solutions for over 5,000 employees at RPM Living. Prior experience includes significant roles at Wayfair, where Pawan was the Head of Employee Onboarding, Development and Experience in the Global Supply Chain, managing a comprehensive training strategy for thousands of employees and successfully implementing a Learning Management System. Pawan's career also includes various leadership positions at Tory Burch, Michael Kors, and Lucky Brand, focusing on sales, training, and employee development. Pawan holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
