Rachel Pash

Rachel Pash is a seasoned professional in operational management with over a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Process and Vice President of Operations at RPM Living since June 2020, Rachel has held progressively responsible positions, including Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Alliance Residential Company from April 2011 to June 2020, where Rachel served as Regional Manager and Business Manager, among other titles. Rachel began their career at Campus Advantage, working as Assistant General Manager and Resident Director. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Communication, and Creative Studies from Texas A&M University, earned in 2010.
