Ed Belsinger

Ed Belsinger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and management across various industries, particularly in healthcare. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at RPM Tech, Ed leads engineering and prototyping initiatives since April 2021. Previously, Ed held the position of Director of Engineering at Abiomed, overseeing the development of a portable artificial lung. Ed also spent significant time at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities included Global Systems Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer for the Maternal Infant Care business. Additional experience includes roles at Becton, Dickinson and Company, where Ed managed in vitro diagnostic projects, and earlier positions at GE Healthcare and Ohmeda Medical. Ed holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland - The Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
