Sophie Keenan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Manager at RPM Ltd since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sophie held multiple positions at The Client Relationship Consultancy Group from November 2014 to April 2020, including Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, and interim HR Manager. Sophie began their career at House of Fraser, where various roles from Supervisor to Buying Assistant were undertaken from September 2008 to July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Managing Performance from the University of Leeds and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn.
