Andrew Newell

Andrew Newell is an accomplished professional in metallurgy and process engineering, currently serving as Manager at RPMGlobal since October 2007, where responsibilities include conducting due diligences, technical reviews, and feasibility studies for various commodities. Andrew has held roles as Executive Consultant in processing and consulted for Newmet Services Pty. Ltd. on mineral processing strategies. With a PhD from the University of Cape Town, focusing on sulphidisation in the flotation recovery of oxidised minerals, Andrew has also gained experience at BOC Gases as Development Manager, advancing gas applications in mineral processing. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Minproc Engineers Pty Ltd, specializing in gold and base metal recovery technologies.
