Elke Gallo serves as a Principal Talent Advisor for Executive Recruiting at RPO AI since April 2023. Prior to this role, Gallo worked at Complex NTWRK, overseeing technical recruiting for a livestream e-commerce platform, and took a career break for cultural exploration across Latin America from February 2022 to April 2023. Gallo has extensive experience in talent acquisition, holding positions such as Lead Technical Recruiter at TrueCar, NEXT Trucking, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Spot Runner, as well as Head of Talent at Worldwide Asset eXchange. Previous roles include Director of Global Recruiting at Jam City and Manager of Talent Acquisition at both eHarmony and MySpace.
