Jason Pope

Jason Pope, SHRM-SCP, CSP has significant experience in recruitment, risk management, and sales and marketing. Currently, Jason serves as the Director of Recruitment at RPS 205, overseeing the identification and retention of top talent for Rockford Public Schools. Additionally, Jason is an SHRM Instructor at Northern Illinois University, where Jason teaches SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Certification prep courses. In their previous role in risk management, Jason provided staffing, human resource consulting, and professional search solutions for various organizations in northern Illinois. Prior to this, Jason served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Sam's West Inc, driving operational excellence in the Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois area.
