Hema Latha

Hema Latha is a Senior Executive in Learning and Development at RPS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. since April 2015. Prior to that, Hema worked as a Training Coordinator at Datam edu (Dhanush infotech) from April 2014 to November 2014. Hema Latha has a MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and also holds a Bachelor's degree in BSC. In their role, Hema is responsible for understanding project technical needs, interacting with project managers, and screening trainer profiles for training requirements. Hema conducts ongoing technical training and personal development classes for employees and keeps training records up to date.
