Matthew Yonka

Matthew Yonka is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the construction and electrical industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at RQ Construction, LLC since November 2022, Matthew previously held the same position at BLACKWATER ELECTRICAL from August 2018 to November 2022. Prior to that, Matthew was President of Virginia State Building Trades from July 2016 to July 2018 and served as Business Manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 80 from June 2005 to June 2016.
