Jeff Gaylor

Jeff Gaylor, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeff is currently working at RQI Partners, LLC, where they hold the position of Vice President, Customer Impact. Prior to this role, they were the Director, Customer Impact at the same company. Jeff also has experience at the American Heart Association, where they served as the Vice President of Health and Senior Director of Community Health. Jeff has also worked as an EMS Educator at the Wright State Research Institute and Miami Valley Career Technology Center. Additionally, Jeff has worked as a Paramedic at Dayton Children's Hospital and as a Paramedic/EMS Educator at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center. Earlier in their career, they served as a Firefighter/Paramedic/EMS Educator at Sugarcreek Township Fire Department and held the position of General Manager at Guitar Center Inc.

Jeff Gaylor obtained their Associate's Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting & Emergency Medical Services from Sinclair Community College from 2009 to 2011. Jeff then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, graduating in 2015. In 2019, Jeff pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Dayton. Additionally, Jeff has acquired various certifications including the Executive Challenge Course from Gap International in 2022 and certifications in areas such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
