Kaylan Doyle

Kaylan Doyle, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Kaylan is currently the Director of Human Resources at RQI Partners, LLC, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at RQI Partners from August 2019 to July 2021.

Before joining RQI Partners, Kaylan worked at Metro-North Railroad, where they served as an Employee Relations Specialist from January 2018 to August 2019, and as a Recruiter from September 2016 to December 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kaylan had a role in human resources at ShopRite Supermarkets from 2011 to 2016. Kaylan started their professional journey as a Client Services Manager at Vision Financial, where they worked from July 2005 to December 2010.

Kaylan Doyle, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in August 2020.
