Kiara Johnson is a Technical Support Specialist at RQI Partners, LLC since June 2021, responsible for creating and managing customer support tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and improving support processes. Prior experience includes serving as an E-Procurement Help Desk Analyst at GovDataHosting from June 2018 to May 2021 and as a Production Coordinator at Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory from 2016 to 2018. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Berkeley College, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
