Michelle O'Connor

Michelle O'Connor, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle started their career at Intrepid Museum in 2004 as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2005, they joined Seiko Optical Products as a Human Resources Manager and worked there for over a decade until 2016. During their time at Seiko, they gained valuable experience in managing human resources functions.

In 2016, Michelle joined Laerdal Medical as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and later became the Human Resources Manager. Michelle'srole at Laerdal Medical allowed their to further develop their expertise in HR management.

In 2018, Michelle joined RQI Partners, LLC as the Human Resources Director, responsible for managing the organization's HR function. Michelle later became the Director of Strategic Delivery, where they worked closely with the CEO and COO, leading strategic projects and new business initiatives. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President, Customer Operations, emphasizing their expertise in customer relations.

Michelle O'Connor, MBA has a strong educational background in business administration and human resources management. Michelle obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marist College in 2022. Prior to that, they had completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Mercy University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle has also received several certifications. Michelle obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in December 2021, and earlier in July 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification, demonstrating their expertise in human resources management.
