Jerry Pancini

Jerry Pancini has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to information technology and business systems. Their most recent position is Vice President of Information Technology at School Health Corporation, where they started in December 2022.

Prior to this, Jerry worked at Medline Industries, Inc. from November 2018 to December 2022 as Senior Director of Business Systems. In this role, they led the business transformation for global medical device manufacturing divisions and successfully implemented SAP S/4 Hana on time and within budget.

Jerry also worked at Stericycle from 2009 to 2018, holding several leadership positions. Before Stericycle, Jerry gained experience at Dean Foods as the Business Intelligence Group Manager from October 2007 to March 2009, where they directed enterprise-level Business Intelligence applications and led the transformation of data architecture. Jerry also worked at CDW as the Business Intelligence Tech Lead from July 2005 to October 2007, driving cost savings and delivering critical and accurate information through the implementation of Business Intelligence strategies.

Jerry's early work experience includes a role as a Data Warehouse Architect/Developer at W.W. Grainger from 1996 to 2004, where they built an enterprise data warehouse and rapidly grew its user base.

Jerry Pancini earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington between 1988 and 1993. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2001 to 2004.
