Victoria Tovbina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Operations Manager and Application Support Manager at RQI Partners, LLC since November 2019, Victoria has previously owned Vikas Consulting and held key positions at Eagle Creek Software Services, Symbol Technologies, KeySpan Energy, National Grid/Keyspan, and Siebel Systems. Victoria's expertise spans across leadership roles such as Project Manager, Project Lead, and Tech Lead, complemented by a strong educational background with an MBA in Information Technology from the University at Albany.
