Jan Kloiber

Jan Kloiber has a wealth of experience in various roles related to quality assurance, post-market surveillance, and complaint handling. They have worked at RQM+ as a Senior Principal Specialist, where they were promoted to Technical Lead and given responsibility for post-market remediation for multiple divisions. Jan developed processes, tools, and templates and oversaw training and mentoring activities. Prior to that, they held multiple managerial positions at Medela, where they successfully managed the CAPA program and achieved zero non-conformances in audits. They also managed the complaint handling unit, post-market surveillance, and recalls, implementing improvements and achieving efficiencies. Additionally, Jan served as the eQMS Program Manager, supporting the maintenance of the eQMS SmartSolve application on a global basis. Earlier in their career, Jan worked as a Data Quality Analyst and Complaint Handler, showing proficiency in handling reportable complaints and transitioning from a paper-based system to an electronic one. Before joining Medela, they worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Kestelyn & Co and Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on financial auditing in regulated industries.

Jan Kloiber attended DePaul University from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
