Shannon Sampson Traylor

Shannon Sampson Traylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the medical device and surgical instrument industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at RQM+ since May 2021, Shannon previously held various managerial and engineering roles at CONMED Corporation from September 2006 to May 2021, including Acting Capital/Instruments/Service Factory Manager and Program Manager for Operations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at MicroAire Surgical Instruments and Boston Scientific, as well as engineering roles focused on design and project management. Shannon earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami.
