Joel Clement is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry, currently serving as Creative Lead and Writer at R&R Partners since November 2022. Previously, Joel worked as a freelance writer and conceptual creative for various agencies and brands globally from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior roles include Creative Lead and Writer at VITRO, Creative Director and Writer at McGarrah Jessee, and Regional Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, where mentorship and leadership across multiple Asian markets were key responsibilities. Joel's early career features significant stints at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where award-winning campaigns for major clients were developed, as well as experience at Ogilvy Asia and BBH Asia Pacific. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Conceptual Advertising from the School of Visual Arts and ongoing Japanese language studies.
