Kristin Kulas

Kristin Kulas, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at R&R Partners since August 2023. Previously, Kristin was a Human Resources Business Partner at Litmus, focusing on people operations for 175 remote employees in Engineering, Product, and Finance departments, where notable accomplishments included the enhancement of the performance review cycle. Kristin has also held HR positions at Vacasa, International Paper, DaBella, Elephant, Huge, Green Key Resources, and American Eagle Outfitters, accumulating a wealth of experience in performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University, along with certificates from the London Dramatic Academy and a diploma from the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts.
