Brooke Crowley (Wheeler) SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Preschool Teacher at Child's World Academy, caring for children and incorporating lesson plans. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Sales Associate at Vintage Garden, where they provided assistance to high-end customers and managed inventory. At Bridgewater Associates from 2017 to 2019, Brooke held two roles: Talent Coordinator, responsible for administrative processes and recruiting support, and Customer Service (Reception/Administrative), managing scheduling and providing employee concierge services. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Genpact, initially as a Talent Coordinator and later as a Business HR Coordinator, where they designed HR processes and managed onboarding and offboarding. Brooke Crowley (Wheeler) SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Southern Connecticut State University. Brooke attended the university from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Brooke also obtained certifications in Office 365: Learning Outlook from LinkedIn in December 2018 and two SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications from SHRM in June 2022.
