Seth Marks

Seth Marks has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In their most recent role, they serve as the Head of Software Engineering at RRAI since October 2022. Prior to that, Seth worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Cooksy Corporation from November 2020 to October 2022. At Cooksy, their responsibilities included building the engineering team and designing and delivering the Cooksy product line using Agile software development techniques.

Before joining Cooksy, Seth held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Hamilton Innovations from August 2015 to November 2020. In this role, they oversaw the innovation pipeline and led the engineering team to produce next-generation products in the telecommunications space. Agile software practices were embraced throughout the company to adapt to the changing business landscape.

Seth also has experience working at Raytheon, where they served as a Software Engineering Manager/Team Leader and Principal Software Engineer/Team Lead. Their responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, working on proposals, software development, system integration, and leading the corporate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) initiative.

Their earlier work experience includes serving as a Software Architect at Motorola and as an Electrical Engineer at Vantage Controls.

Seth Marks holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Seth also has a certification as a Certified Scrum Master.
