Dutch Hollis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and interaction management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Interaction Management at RR Donnelley since June 2019, Dutch oversees a skilled team focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email platforms, while acting as an executive sponsor for key accounts. Previous roles include Chief Success Officer at CompanionLabs, where Dutch managed customer onboarding and satisfaction, and GM of Client Success at IgnitionOne, responsible for a DMP implementation team. Dutch also held a GM position at Knotice, leading the entire customer success team, and served as Senior Project Manager at Ryan iDirect, focusing on online CRM strategies for major clients.
