Roselin Rosario-Meléndez

Roselin Rosario-Meléndez, Ph.D., is the Owner and Chief Consultant of RRM Inventive Solutions Hub, LLC, where strategic initiatives are led and high-impact consulting services are delivered to clients in various sectors, including consumer packaged goods and medical devices. Previously, at Cresilon, Roselin managed the R&D Formulation team in medical devices and acted as Program Manager on cross-functional projects. Prior experiences at L'Oréal included roles as Manager for Face Makeup & Hybrids and Associate Principal Chemist in the Pre-Development Lipstick Lab, focusing on innovation and product development. Roselin's career also includes notable positions at Ingredion Incorporated, Rutgers University, Merck, and the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey, encompassing a breadth of expertise in chemistry, R&D, and teaching. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Rutgers University and an Applied Project Management Certificate from Northwestern University.
