Luke Micallef Capello

Luke Micallef Capello started their career in 2004 as an Accounts/Payroll Clerk at Denfar Concrete Supplies. In 2007, they joined RS2 Software plc as an Applications Developer, handling support tasks and later taking on Change Requests. Luke then progressed to the role of Senior Applications Developer, where they focused on handling clients' Change Requests and collaborating with the Project Management team. Luke was subsequently promoted to Software Development Manager and later to Head of Service Delivery. In these roles, they managed teams, oversaw testing and support functions, and coordinated tasks with other departments. Most recently, Luke served as the Head of Technical Operations, responsible for managing and directing three different teams to automate production processes, internal testing, and internal operations.

Luke Micallef Capello pursued their education with a focus on business information systems management and internet applications development. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Middlesex University and completed their MSc in Business Information Systems Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2011, they also studied at Middlesex University, earning a BSc Hons degree in Internet Applications Development. In addition to their formal education, Luke obtained a certification as a UiPath Automation User from UiPath in January 2023.
