Grace Lerner

Grace Lerner is the HR Manager at RS21, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People & Culture at DreamSpring from February 2015 to September 2020. In that role, they led all initiatives related to maintaining a strong organizational culture where employees could thrive. Lerner is passionate about equity and inclusion, compensation philosophy, and benefits management.

Lerner began their career as a Program Assistant at the University of New Mexico's DataONE program from September 2011 to August 2013. Grace then served as a Legal Assistant at Albuquerque Business Law, PC from January 2010 to December 2011.

Grace Lerner's educational career includes obtaining an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, studying international political economy at University of Puget Sound, and spending a semester abroad at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Grace Lerner reports to Charles Rath, President & CEO. Grace Lerner works with Trux Dole - Director, Program Implementation & Development, Missi Rogers - COO, and Trisha Miller - Director, R&D, National Laboratory & Government Support Services.
