Trux Dole

Trux Dole is the Director of Program Implementation & Development at RS21. Trux has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and has worked to improve the efficiency of healthcare payments solutions. Dole has also worked to increase the profitability of life insurance businesses and to close gaps in mammogram patient experiences. In their previous role at Cambia Health Solutions, Dole created an opportunity for female employees to pitch innovation ideas to senior leaders. The event generated participation from 650+ employees and led to the implementation of four new business ideas.

Trux Dole has a BA in Political Science - International Relations from Duke University, an MBA in Marketing and Change Management from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, and a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing. Trux also has a certification in Certified Scrum Product Owner from SolutionsIQ (now acquired by Accenture) and a certification in Channel Marketing from CHANNELCORP.
