Amanda Ivany has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries. Amanda began their career in 2006 as a Media Buyer/Planner at M5 Marketing Communications. In 2009, they worked as a Market Development Officer at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador before transitioning to the role of Manager, Corporate Marketing at Johnson Inc. In 2011, Amanda joined Johnson Inc. / RSA Canada as the Manager of Insights & Customer Experience. Amanda then moved on to RSA as a Customer & Operational Excellence Consultant. Amanda's most recent positions include Director of Customer Strategy and Director of Customer & Brand at RSA Canada.

Amanda Ivany completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors in Marketing from Memorial University of Newfoundland between 2001 and 2005. Amanda further pursued their education at the same university and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2006 to 2009, specializing in Strategic Management, Marketing Strategy, Advertising, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
